IWEC have been awarded the electrical contract with Tycroes Group for 25 new build houses for Gwalia at The Avenue, Delta Lakes. This work will include new electrical installations to each property.
IWEC have been awarded 7 fire alarm improvement contracts to various Carmarthenshire County Council sheltered housing properties. This includes communial wide addressable fire alarm systems integrated with domestic individual flat fire alarms. Engineer, Mark Birkett commented that the system would ensure that there was 24hr monitoring for the safety of the residents.
IWEC have been awarded a contract with Office Visions, Cardiff. The work will be carried out at Neen Biotec. The work consists of a full electrical installation.
