Works carried out:
- Replaced all existing T8 light fittings with T5 high frequency low energy light fittings
- Upgrade emergency lighting to conform with BS5266
- Installation of 3 compartment dado trunking system in all office areas
- Installation of LV power
- Fire alarm addressable system
